For several years, Tom served as Senior Vice President with two Canadian Pacific Limited Companies, PanCanadian Petroleum and CP Ships. In the spring of 2002, Tom served as Integration Coordinator for the merger of PanCanadian and Alberta Energy Company into Encana Energy, the largest merger in Canadian business history.
